Shankar brings more than 10 years of experience in customer experience management, customer success, professional services, business operations, and data analytics in the B2B SaaS industry. Mehta has spent more than 20 years designing innovative experiences that synthesize business strategy, user experience, and technical requirements for some of the most recognizable technology brands. Drawing on their deep expertise, Shankar and Mehta will help lead the charge in delivering seamless customer experiences and empowering customers to grow revenue, increase customer retention, and boost operational efficiency using Tray.io’s General Automation Platform.

Prior to joining Tray.io, Shankar led the customer success, professional services, and enablement functions at Medallia, a global experience management company. At Medallia, she scaled multiple business functions across support, partnerships, education, and pre-sales to grow the company’s YoY revenue by double digits. Shankar brings more than a decade of experience leading and scaling B2B SaaS professional services. At Tray.io, Shankar will be responsible for scaling the company’s customer success initiatives by continuing to develop Tray.io’s end-to-end customer support lifecycle and scaling the customer success team to further enhance the onboarding, training, and post-implementation consulting processes for Tray.io’s customers.

Under Mehta’s watch, these companies grew from $20M annual recurring revenue (ARR) to $100M+ ARR. She rebranded their websites, mobile, and product experiences and led growth-based testing, driving 40% more conversions by optimizing the companies’ websites and introducing dynamic personalization. Mehta plans to build and lead a unified brand and customer experience at Tray.io to help customers better engage with the company and drive higher conversions.
